1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the winzer.ph platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winzer.ph platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and winzer.ph with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the winzer.ph platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Age Verification. winzer.ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions. The winzer.ph platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. winzer.ph reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

2.4 Excluded Persons. 3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on winzer.ph. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. winzer.ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). winzer.ph is required to conduct KYC verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by winzer.ph for KYC purposes, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.4 Account Currency. All accounts on winzer.ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.

4. Account Security

4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winzer.ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify winzer.ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. winzer.ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access winzer.ph is free from malware, keyloggers, or other malicious software. winzer.ph recommends using a private, secure internet connection and logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared devices.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winzer.ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform's cashier page. Accepted methods may change from time to time at winzer.ph's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your winzer.ph account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

5.4 Player Funds. All player funds deposited into winzer.ph accounts are held in segregated accounts, separate from winzer.ph's operational funds. This ensures that player balances are protected in the event of any financial difficulty affecting the platform operator.

5.5 No Third-Party Deposits. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. winzer.ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction.

6.2 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for security review purposes.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence review.

6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. winzer.ph reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific method at its discretion.

6.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Promotion Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by winzer.ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements may vary.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. winzer.ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

7.4 Promotion Availability. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, time, or game-specific restrictions. winzer.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Certified RNG. All casino games available on winzer.ph use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The RNGs are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes.

8.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, winzer.ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. winzer.ph's decision in such matters is final.

8.3 Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules. winzer.ph is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

8.4 Game Provider Rules. In addition to these Terms, players are subject to the individual game rules published by each game provider. These rules are accessible within each game interface.

9. Sports Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets placed on winzer.ph are subject to acceptance by the platform. winzer.ph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement.

9.2 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled wager.

9.3 Event Cancellation. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account, unless otherwise specified in the event-specific rules.

9.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point during an event. winzer.ph is not liable for any delay between live events and the odds displayed on the platform.

9.5 Maximum Payout. Sports betting winnings are subject to maximum payout limits per event, which are displayed on the relevant betting market. winzer.ph reserves the right to limit payouts on any single event or market.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winzer.ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the winzer.ph platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment wagering.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects other players' experience.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by winzer.ph. winzer.ph reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

11.2 Voluntary Closure. Players may request the closure of their winzer.ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within five (5) business days.

11.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 Commitment. winzer.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 Ownership. All content on the winzer.ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of winzer.ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

13.2 Limited License. winzer.ph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.

13.3 Prohibited Use. You may not use any winzer.ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent from winzer.ph. Unauthorized use of winzer.ph intellectual property may result in legal action.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 Platform Availability. winzer.ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond winzer.ph's reasonable control.

14.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winzer.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

14.3 Maximum Liability. winzer.ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winzer.ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.4 Force Majeure. winzer.ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

15.1 Data Collection. winzer.ph collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15.2 Data Use. Your personal data is used for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. winzer.ph does not sell your personal data to third parties.

16. Amendments to These Terms

16.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the winzer.ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 17. Governing Law & Disputes

17.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winzer.ph platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting winzer.ph customer support. winzer.ph will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

17.3 Regulatory Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved through winzer.ph's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable regulations.

17.4 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the processes described above.
